Mont Albert Cricket Club is a large, vibrant and successful club playing in the Eastern Cricket Association, with 4 Senior
Turf XIs(including Dunstan Shield), 1 Synthetic XI, 4 Veterans XIs and 8 Junior XIs we offer Cricket across a wide range
of abilities and commitment levels.

We seek a Captain Coach for the coming season with these attributes:
• A high level of personal onfield performance consistent with an elite level Dunstan Shield cricketer. We seek a winner
with the capacity and experience to bring a club with him.
•Contribute to the continuing development of a strong winning culture that values on field performance, high standards of
sportsmanship, and the best playing traditions of Cricket in general. The 1st XI Captain is the onfield leader of the club
and must set a high standard, personal example is essential.
•Establish an innovative training regime that meets the needs of the full senior playing group. Formal coaching
qualifications will be well regarded.
•You must be a strong communicator with an ability and willingness to develop cricketers across a wide range of abilities.
The club expects to upgrade offield and training facilities in the coming period resulting in excellent player and supporter
facilities.
