As the Australian cricket season is underway in the southern states, we are just starting to recruit for our season in the Northern Territory. We are looking for senior cricketers who would be interested in playing in the top end for season 2026 with the Tracy Village Cricket Club in our first XI.

Our season started ealy April, and will run through till mid-September. Our season comprises of one dayers for in April and May, and then two dayers for the remainder of the season. We are at the tail end of the white ball season. There may be opportunities to play on Sunday side - subject to some restrictions.

We are a very well established, community based club. We have had some success last year both on and off the field. We want to continue our successes through to another season.

We are looking for an all-rounder, a top order bat capable of winning games off their own bat, as well as a capable bowler - preferably a medium pacer, who can contribute to our attack by bowling 10-12 overs in red ball cricket. You'll be given opportunity to bowl plenty of overs - on Saturdays and Sundays.

We offer fantastic facilities at our club, with 6 lane fully covered training nets. We are looking for individuals who are willing to become part of the club, assisting the club with all the things that make a club tick, as well as have fun on and off the field. We are looking for good club people.

We will assist you in finding accommodation and work. If you are able to drive up to Darwin (yes, it is a long drive), we may be able to assist you with the fuel costs. A car in Darwin is a must, as the public transaport is not ideal for budding cricketers.
