Senior Coach Wanted – South Warrandyte Cricket Club, 2026/27 Season

South Warrandyte Cricket Club is seeking an experienced Senior Coach to lead our men’s program into the 2026/27. We’re a proud, community-driven club in the Ringwood District Cricket Association with a strong history, loyal support and a thriving playing group of approximately 120. Our first XI has played in four of the past five Grand Finals, and we currently field four senior teams. The foundations are built; we need the right person to help sharpen the edge.

As Senior Coach you will focus on performance and standards across our 1st and 2nd XIs while setting the tone for training, player development and leadership growth across all four senior teams. You will help drive a competitive, inclusive culture aligned with our strong internal leadership and supportive committee.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings energy, clarity and strong leadership, coupled with solid cricket knowledge and a passion for developing players. You should be able to set standards without losing the enjoyment of the game and have a team‑first mindset. A playing coach is preferred but we remain flexible for the right candidate, including the possibility of a captain‑coach role.
