UK Opening Bowler Opportunity – Mildura Region, Australia

Gol Gol Cricket Club is seeking a high-quality UK opening bowler to join us for the upcoming season 26/27 Season(October to March) in the Mildura region (Victoria/NSW border). Competing in the Sunraysia Cricket Association, our club offers strong regional cricket played on quality turf wickets, with a league that regularly features overseas players and representative-level talent.
This is an excellent opportunity to compete in a well-regarded competition, consisting of 7 two-day matches and 7 one-day matches, played in a competitive but enjoyable environment. You will have the chance to play alongside former West Indian U19 international and Vic Country representative players, while contributing as a key member of our squad. Our facilities include undercover nets with lighting, an electronic scoreboard, bowling machine, and modern clubrooms, supporting a high training and playing standard.
We are specifically looking for a proven new-ball bowler capable of taking early wickets, leading the attack, and influencing games across both formats. Players should bring strong standards, a team-first attitude, and ideally have coaching experience, with opportunities available to assist with junior teams (including U/16s).
Off the field, we provide strong support to ensure a successful season. Employment is available for the right person on a casual/part-time basis, with the potential to progress into full-time work if suitable. There is also additional work available locally, particularly in trades and labour, for the right person, along with assistance in securing accommodation.
