UK Residents - Cricket & Holiday In Australia This Summer - We Can Also Assist With Work & Visas

Riana Cricket Club is based in Northwestern Tasmania and competes in the Burnie Cricket League (BCL). The BCL would be considered the premier synthetic cricket league in our state, with our club in a strong position both on and off field for many years.
This year we will be led by a former underage national representative and BBL (Big Bash League - National T20) player as our captain, and we have big plans!
We have hosted English imports in previous years and we would be happy to provide their details as referees for their experiences in the Tasmanian summer. Last year's import is returning again after winning the League bowling average and hitting the winning runs in the Grand Final!

An added incentive for people with trades/qualifications if you're interested in part time or casual work in areas of teaching, landscaping, mechanics, barwork, electricians or farm labourers. There is no shortage of work over here!

Our club has a brilliant culture and social atmosphere, with the club being central to the local community. We've hosted some big international names included Sir Viv Richards, Steve Waugh, Sir Ian Botham and last year former Aus captain Tim Paine had a hit with us as well.
