Our club 4 years ago transitioned into the Firsts XI in Ballarat and have since grown significantly now with 5 senior and 10+ junior sides, including a newly formed femaies program. We have 200 club members and advocate family/ community based values. Our club is located south of Ballarat and contains a boutique community feel.
We are after a coach who can drive us forward into the clubs next phase and leverage the junior talent coming through. Whilst growth has been important we need to work on sustainability and ensuring the club is well set for yeats to come. We are after a fresh approach and new ideas to achieve these outcomes.
