Calignee And Traralgon South Cricket Club

Calignee and Traralgon South is a small township approximately 10 minutes outside of Traralgon. We play in the Traralgon and District Cricket Association (TDCA) which is home to a number of former State and District cricketers and thus is one of the strongest country leagues in the state.

CATS, is a fantastic club with a very welcoming approach to any new players, generally based around a great bunch of home grown players, it is rare we build the club around one player. On the field we made the Grand Final in 2011/12 and are looking to re-build our side and look to achieve some prolonged success.

We have a history of supplementing our A grade with overseas cricketers, a number of whom have played for the club for multiple years and occasionally relocated permanently which is an indication of the approach and atmosphere at our club.

Off the field, we are very active socially, with monthly functions and great turn outs at post game and training evenings from players past and present. Our annual end of season trip away is always a highlight for any visiting player.
