Cholmondely Cricket Club

We play at the historic Cholmondely Castle 10 miles from Chester.
Often shortlisted as one of the prettiest grounds in England.
This part of Cheshire is very beautiful.
We play in Div 1Cheshire league so mid pyramid. Most competitive sides have an overseas and/or professional players.
Our track is probably best in the league and this part of the country is relatively dry. Opportunity to join touring side and play Country House cricket as a guest for Cheshire Gents also in the mid-week.
Accomodation and work arranged for the right player.
We are seeking a batsmen who can bowl or visa versa.
We have a wide ranging side with players from 18 to 56 but standard is pretty good and we play to enjoy ourselves.
We are not the usual type of club because of country/ castle location but would appeal to anyone wanting to play a decent standard in a glorious location.
