About Great Southern Cricket Association (WA)

The GSCA is a 6 team A-grade cricket competition in the South of Western Australia, based out of Katanning.

The competition plays mostly 45 over one-day matches, although in 2024/25 the league is expanding to include T20 cricket as well as the 45 over format. We live stream matches and play some cricket under lights.

The league is competitive, but also inclusive of all skill levels. Majority of the players in the league have strong country backgrounds with many players being farmers or in agricultural work. The social aspects of the GSCA are a highlight, with all clubs embracing cricket to the fullest.

Employment in the area is in abundance, mostly in the agricultural sector, and this competition would suit international players who would like to experience farming in Australia.

Match highlights are available on our YouTube Channel or on our facebook, so you can see the level of cricket that is played in the GSCA

The 2024/25 season is set to be exciting and enjoyable and we hope you'd like to be a part of it.
