Mexborough Cricket Club

Mexborough Cricket Club is located in South Yorkshire; a region with a strong cricket heritage; the club boasts one of the finest wickets in the area. We are a rapidly improving club, composed of 4 senior sides and ever improving junior section. The 1st and 2nd XI play on Saturdays in the YSPCL. 1st XI are a division 5 team with aspirations of quick and sustainable promotion to higher levels. The 2XI are in division 7 having been promoted in 2021, they will be looking for further success this year. Our 3rd XI Sunday development side sees junior players grow into senior cricketers whilst playing alongside a mix of experienced players; matches are played in the Barnsley Sunday Cricket League. For 2022 we have also joined the Doncaster Infirmary Evening Cricket League in for the club a long awaited and exciting return to the 20-20 format of cricket.
