Leadership and Cricketing Experience

Mark Cleary – Bowling Coach
Mark Cleary is one of the club's most respected figures and serves as the club's Bowling Coach. A current Australian Over 40s One Day Championship representative, Mark brings a wealth of high-level playing experience, technical expertise, and leadership. His ongoing commitment to mentoring players has played a significant role in the development of both emerging and senior cricketers.
Jed Menforth – Assistant Coach and Batting Coach
Jed Menforth is the club's Assistant Coach and Batting Coach. A current Australian Over 60s One Day representative, Jed is widely respected for his outstanding all-round cricketing ability and extensive knowledge of the game. His passion for coaching and player development has earned him the respect of teammates and opponents alike throughout his distinguished career.
Joel Perry – Senior Coach
Joel Perry has returned to Mildura Settlers to lead the club as Senior Coach for the 2026–27 season. Joel brings strong leadership, fresh ideas, and a clear vision for rebuilding the club's sustained success. His commitment to developing players, fostering a positive culture, and driving high performance positions the club well for the future.
Jamie Siddons
Former Australian domestic cricket great Jamie Siddons is among the most accomplished players to have represented Mildura Settlers. Renowned as one of Australia's finest batsmen, Jamie's time at the club remains an important part of its proud history and continues to inspire current and future generations of players.
