Newquay Cricket Club

As one of the top clubs in Cornwall, we offer cricket of a standard that will suit everybody – all players young and old with four senior Saturday league teams, a friendly XI for Sunday and midweek fixtures against other Cornish teams and touring sides visiting our lovely town, an up and coming ladies team and three junior groups.

We play at the Newquay Sports Centre which boasts excellent modern and fully compliant in- and outdoor sporting facilities as well as easy spectator and disabled access. We have two cricket squares, an all weather wicket, outdoor 3 lane practice nets, superb changing rooms and a sports bar. All prospective cricketers are welcome – regardless of ability! We are especially keen to encourage ladies to play cricket. All successful clubs need happy volunteers! Please view the Volunteers page to register your interest!

Winter nets have started, every Sunday at the Sportscentre between 11-12:30, and will run on Tuesday evenings outside from April onwards between 6-8pm. New players of all standards are always welcome – we have fully accredited & qualified level 2 coaches available to help. Sam Millatt is the man to contact about friendly fixtures for the 2017 season.
