Thornton Le Moor Cricket Club

Thornton le Moor Cricket Club is a friendly yet ambitious club based in North Yorkshire, competing in local league cricket with a strong sense of community. We’re seeking an overseas player from Australia or New Zealand to join us for the upcoming season, contributing both on and off the field. The club offers a great mix of competitive cricket and an active social scene, we can offer accommodation and local work opportunities. It’s a perfect chance to experience English cricket and become part of a welcoming club environment.


2025 saw great success with both senior teams gaining promotion and the T20 team winning their league.

The 1st team are hoping for another strong season, boosted by the recruitment of an overseas player to predominantly strengthen our bowling attack, as well as contributing with the bat.
