About Warranwood Cricket Club

About
Warranwood “Sharks” Cricket Club is based at Quambee Reserve, Wonga Road in North Ringwood. Warranwood competes in the Ringwood and District Cricket Association (RDCA). We are an amalgamation of the two RDCA cricket clubs Parkwood and South Ringwood, whom merged for the season 2004/05. Learn more about our history here.
Warranwood CC has Senior, Junior and Veterans teams in the RDCA competition. We also host a Milo ‘Have-a-Go’ program and ‘T20 Blast’ programs.
In 2011/2012 the Warranwood CC 1st XI were the first team in the history of the RDCA to win the Trollope Shield after winning the Wilkins Cup in 2010/2011 and coming up to the top grade and having an immediate impact. Warranwood was also awarded the ‘Best Administered Club’ in 2011/2012 to cap off a great season for the club.
In 2013/14 the club had its best senior and veteran’s season, winning the Masters 1 in Veterans, the Trollope Shield (for the second time, the first club to do so under the trophies current name) and G Grade.
Our teams play across all levels so all standards are welcome and we would love you to come join our club and enjoy our family friendly atmosphere. Seniors are played on Saturday afternoons, Veterans (Over 40s) are played Sunday afternoons on a fortnightly basis, and our junior programs are on Friday afternoon/evenings. We look forward to seeing you at the home of the Sharks…….
