His credentials speak volumes about the quality player we're welcoming to the Redbacks family.

Impressive Career Statistics

Over his 10-season career spanning 201 matches, Cox has established himself as a reliable top-order batsman and effective medium-pace bowler:

  • Strong 2024 season with 444 runs at 22.20 average from 28 matches
  • Early 2025 form showing 123 runs at 24.60 from five matches
  • Proven ability to build innings and anchor the top order

Bowling Prowess:

  • 132 career wickets with right-arm medium pace
  • Best bowling figures of 5-25 (achieved in 2021)
  • Valuable all-round option who can contribute with both bat and ball

What Harry Brings to Little River

Cox's signing represents exactly the type of experienced, skilled player that can make an immediate impact at Little River. His dual abilities as a top-order batsman and handy seamer provide our coaching staff with excellent tactical flexibility.

"We're super excited to have Harry join the Redbacks," said the club. "His experience in competitive English cricket, combined with his proven all-round abilities, makes him exactly the type of player we've been looking for."

A Warm Redbacks Welcome

The entire Little River Cricket Club community is eagerly anticipating Cox's arrival later this year. His experience competing at a high level in England's well-regarded Palace Shield competition will be invaluable as the Redbacks continue their development.
